In convivial or intimate mode, finger food or large table; from the library to the patio, Bellevigne 's tables offer a variety of atmospheres, to reveal the secrets of Burgundy's culinary tradition.
THE RESTAURANT
The table is at the service of Burgundy's terroir. The Chef plays with regional markers and local produce in an instinctive menu that goes straight to the taste.
For this bon-vivant chef, a good meal is one that leaves its mark on the memory and is aimed at the right emotional point. A language impossible to maintain without respect for the season, love of the product and of those who produce it.
The daily and seasonal proposals open up possible conversations, suggest encounters, mark out trails to follow in a cellar book where you can lose yourself as you please.

During the winter season, the restaurant is closed on Monday lunchtime, Tuesday all day, and Wednesday lunchtime.

THE CELLAR

- Dégustation Découverte de la Bourgogne: small-group tasting lasting around 30 minutes and including 3 regional appellation wines, priced at €25 per person.
- Bourgogne Villages tasting: small-group tasting lasting around 30 minutes and including 3 Village appellation wines, at €45 per person.
- Prestige tasting: private tasting lasting around 1 hour and including 3 Village, Premier Cru & Grand Cru appellation wines, at €75 per person.

Bellevigne its doors to those who make wine.
LesSoirées Vignerons celebrate the terroir through menus created in collaboration with local winemakers. With a guest in mind, the chef creates a unique menu pairing food and wine, where each dish reveals a vintage chosen for what it expresses: grape variety, style, and vision of the vineyard.
The Winemaker Evenings are regular events dedicated to discovery, exchange, and harmony between cuisine and wine.

We have a secure parking lot, available for €12/night, subject to availability.
However, we do not offer on-site charging stations.
The nearest public charging station is in Nuits-Saint-Georges, just a 6-minute drive from the hotel.
