

The present general conditions of sale (GCS) apply to any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase services (access to the relaxation area, facial or body treatments) offered by the Spa des Tannins within Bellevigne Bourgogne (SH Chambolle - RCS Dijon 948024930)).
Bellevigne Bourgogne reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to a reservation are those published on the Site on the date the reservation is made.
For all other reservation methods, the customer receives the GTC in response to his reservation request. Confirmation of the reservation by the customer implies his full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
Reservations :
To book a service, the customer can use the following channels:
- On thebellevigne website
At the time of booking, the customer must provide a certain number of mandatory details, including some personal details required to process the booking.
The reservation procedure includes the following steps:
- Step 1 - Choosing the dates and number of participants
- Step 2 - Choice of services,
- Step 3 - Tariff presentation,
- Step 4 - Presentation of booking summary and total price,
- Step 5 - Mandatory communication of contact details by the customer, and communication of credit card numbers (card number, validity date and visual cryptogram) for payment of the deposit. By ticking the box, the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepted the GTC and the privacy policy before definitively confirming his/her reservation; no reservation is possible without this agreement. The customer confirms and validates the booking and proceeds to payment. Entering bank details constitutes the Customer's acceptance and has the effect of contractually committing the Customer to Bellevigne Bourgogne. The Customer's banking information is encrypted and protected.
- Step 6 - Receipt by the customer of the reservation confirmation e-mail. If the confirmation e-mail is not received within 24 hours of the reservation, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact Bellevigne ogne to verify the information provided and to ensure that the reservation has been taken into account.

When a reservation is made via these channels, the Customer receives the GTCs by e-mail in response to his/her reservation request. Entering the banking information indicates the Customer's acceptance and has the effect of contractually committing the Customer to Bellevigne Bourgogne. - On the Planity website
When a reservation is made via this channel, the customer can access the General Terms and Conditions on the page dedicated to the establishment, as well as the services offered and their rates. Customers are then invited to choose the date and time of their reservation. This booking request is sent directly to the establishment, which will send a payment link to the customer's contact details. A secure Mews payment link is sent by Bellevigne Bourgogne to the customer. Entering the banking information indicates the Customer's acceptance and has the effect of contractually committing the Customer to Bellevigne Bourgogne. The Customer's banking information is encrypted and protected. The customer receives a booking confirmation by e-mail. Confirmation of the reservation by the Customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions of the GTS.
- On site at the Spa reception
For Bellevigne Bourgogne hotel guests:
Free access to relaxation area included. Includes access to the outdoor swimming pool (except when closed for the year), Sauna, Hammam, Sensory shower.
Opening hours :
Relaxation area: daily, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., open access
Treatment area: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., by prior arrangement
Please come to the Spa in your bathing suit. Bathrobe and slippers are available in your room.
For external customers :
Free 60-minute access to the relaxation area for any treatment booked for more than 50 minutes. Includes access to the outdoor swimming pool (except when closed for the year), Sauna, Hammam, Sensory shower.

Relaxation area (without treatment): Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, by prior arrangement
Treatment area: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., by prior arrangement

Arrival at the Spa :
It is advisable to arrive at the Spa reception desk at least 10 minutes before the start of treatments or the relaxation area so that you can change. In the event of late arrival, the duration of the treatment will be reduced so as not to affect the next client, and the full rate will be applied.
Spa des Tannins, a haven of peace:
As a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation, calm, silence and tranquillity must be respected. To ensure a truly relaxing moment, we ask you to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our establishment. Intimate relations are forbidden. Any activity involving total nudity is also prohibited. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the Spa. We reserve the right to refuse to receive or to expel, without refund, any customer whose dress is inappropriate or whose behavior is improper or contrary to hygiene and morality.
Care :
Our massages are non-medical and non-therapeutic well-being and relaxation treatments. The duration of the massage does not include the time required for settling in the cabin, resting, undressing and getting dressed, or leaving the cabin, provided you arrive 10 minutes before the treatment. For example, for a 20min, 50min or 1h20 treatment, please allow 30min, 60min and 1h30 respectively. Access to treatment rooms is strictly reserved for invited guests. We provide disposable undergarments for treatments in the cabin.
Children :
Minors under the age of 16 may only use the outdoor swimming pool; children under 12 remain under parental supervision. Minors over 16 may access the relaxation area, accompanied by an adult.
Access to care is restricted to adults.
Linen :
For outside guests, changing rooms equipped with bathrobes and mules are available. Laundry baskets are located in the changing rooms: please deposit your damp towels in them. The loan of towels is included, but they must be returned to theSpa reception desk or deposited in the basket provided for this purpose on leaving. Any linen not returned will be billed: €27 for a bathrobe and €22 for a towel. Mules are provided free of charge and must be worn at all times. Please remember that a towel is mandatory in the sauna.
Health :
We kindly ask you to inform us of any specific medical contraindications at the time of booking. For example, if you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, allergies or are currently undergoing treatment. If you are pregnant, please inform our team, as some of our treatments may not be suitable for you. Our establishment reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone whose state of health could present a risk.
Loss :
The management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of your valuables, which we advise you to keep in the private changing rooms at your disposal. Glasses and jewelry are not permitted in the sauna and hammam.
Gift vouchers :
Offer a loved one a sensory invitation, a journey of the senses in a unique setting. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. On expiry, the gift card loses its initial value. They are nominative, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Current promotional offers cannot be combined.

Price - Payment - Cancellation :
Prices relating to the booking of services are communicated before and at the time of booking.
Prices are confirmed to the customer inclusive of all taxes, including service, in Bellevigne Bourgogne's commercial currency (the Euro). Prices are only valid for a limited period of time.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the services selected by the customer is due at the time of booking. The customer may cancel the reservation no later than 48 hours before the start date of the services. In this case, Bellevigne Bourgogne will refund the amount paid by the customer. After the above-mentioned deadline, the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the total cost of the services must be paid on site on the day of the reserved appointment.
In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period agreed above, no refund will be made and the payment made will remain the property of Bellevigne Bourgogne.
Personal data :
Under the present terms, it is agreed that Bellevigne Bourgogne is the data controller within the meaning of the applicable regulations, i.e. Regulation(EU)2016/679 of April 27, 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law n°78-17 Informatique et libertés in its updated version.

TheCustomer acknowledges that he/she has been fully informed that, at the end of his/her experience at Spades Tannins, the e-mail address used to make the reservation will be used for prospecting purposes concerning similar products or services offered by Bellevigne Bourgogne, by the sending of a newsletter. Applicable law :
The GCS are governed by French law.
Bellevigne Bourgogne hereby informs the Customer of the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method in the event of a dispute relating to these GTS, in accordance with the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
After having contacted Bellevigne Bourgogne's customer servicebellevigne to try to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or the absence of a response within sixty (60) days from the date of referral, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur Du Tourisme et du Voyage by e-mail using the referral form available on the www.mtv.travel website or by post to the following address:
